Capture those closest to you with an illustrated personalised portrait. You have the freedom to infuse it with as many personal touches as you like; the amount of personalisation is completely up to you. If you’re wanting to include very specific details, send your ideas my way, nothing is too niche! Remember, bespoke requests are always welcome.

Your custom portrait will be totally unique to you and yours, making it the perfect gift for a birthday, anniversary, or any special moment in life.

  • The first step is to fill out the order form below. Include any extra details you would like incorporated or anything you’d like me to have in mind while I am completing your piece. You can send as much information as you like. Some ideas…

    • Do you have a preference on groupings and poses?

    • Would like any items included?

    • Do you have any clothing preferences?

    • Is there a specific background you would like?

    It’s here where you can let me know about those little details that are going to add that extra touch of uniqueness and personality to your portrait!

    You must upload clear images of each subject, as well as images of the other details you wish to be included e.g. the background, items or clothing. If you don’t have an image of the specific clothing you’d like to be wearing, a description will be fine. If certain details are not clear from the photos, I may ask for clarification e.g. eye colour.

    I also do calligraphy and can add this to your custom piece if requested. Just let me know what you’d like it to say, as well as the font and the colour you’d like. I have a particular calligraphy style, but if you have a specific idea for a font that is not shown in the example list, then please ask and I’ll let you know if I can do it. Please note: My fonts are handwritten so there may be slight variations compared to the example fonts.

    Please note: For any details not supplied, e.g. poses/groupings, I will use my judgement.

    After you have filled out the form and sent this information, I will contact you with a quote. If you have asked for extra details to be included, this will reflect in the price.

  • Once I have all of the relevant information and you have paid your deposit, I will get started right away. I will aim to send you a sketch of your portrait within 7 working days for your approval. If you would like me to make any changes, this is where you can let me know. Your satisfaction is very important to me so please don’t hold back!

    The cost of your portrait covers these initial amendments at the draft stage and any changes after this will incur an extra charge based on the additional time needed. To avoid this as much as possible, please make sure the information you provide is correct and complete before I start work on your portrait.

    Once you’re happy, I will print your custom portrait in your specified size and it will then be securely shipped to you. You can order a digital file of your personalised artwork for a small additional cost if you would like.

    Please note: Colours may appear different on screen compared to when printed.

  • You can have your personalised portrait printed in ether A4 or A3.

    If you would like to print it bigger (but still in the A-series of paper sizes), you can purchase a digital download which you will receive in A0.
