I’m an illustrator based in the UK. I draw people and pets, creating portraits that will be cherished and kept for generations. As well as my portrait work, I do calligraphy and can make custom artworks that help you give that special phrase it’s rightful place on your wall.

My journey to get here hasn’t been easy. I became disillusioned with my teaching career and, struggling with mental-ill-health as a result, I decided to leave the profession. I found myself reflecting on what is most important in life and that led me to starting this creative business.

Saltpip Studio was born out of a passion for creating artwork that celebrates life’s necessities: family, love and, in my case, faith.
